I have posted a post regarding the Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE a couple of weeks back. At the time of posting the value of the top organization was Standard Chartered Bank, the market value of the share of which was marked or transacted at Rs. 4200.00. Due to my busy and hectic days I unbelievably did not have time to read the newspaper. It was only today that I was a bit free so I went thoroughly through The Himalayan Times, the best English newspaper currently. I had my jaw dropped when I went through the NEPSE Section. I couldn't believe my eyes when I caught glimpse of the market value of the Standard Chartered Bank's share. It was marked at above Rs. 7000.00. It is really hiking up and there's no turning back I assume. This is incredible rise in the price of Standard Chartered Bank's share. The one and only firm that has been doing in the share market in Nepal is bank. There is a complete domination by the banks in NEPSE. The NEPSE is at the prime and it is one of the best sector to invest upon.
