What I read on the newspaper today was simply great. It was about England and ban on plastic bags. This is a very good move regarding the environment. Those who would like to use plastic bags could carry on but they would be levied extra tax. The manufacturers who manufactured plastic bags could still produce but they would have to pay extra tax to the government. This is a very good practice if plastic bad be completely removed in shopping malls so as to insure a better environment. This exercise would then encourage everyone to use bags with eco-friendly materials. Great deed by the English.
