Spice Nepal has launched a free sim card to all its customers who recharge their balance with or above Rs.500 cards. The network of spicenepal is good compared to that of Nepal telecommunications. If you apply for a new sim card the cost would sum up to some 500 plus which would include a talk time of Rs. 300. But for now recharging a current balance will bring in a new sim card.
