The Kathmandu city is also turning out to be a business center. There are a lot of malls being built and a lot of new big buildings are under construction. And after the constructions the vacant areas are immediately occupied by some sorts of offices, trading and business houses, retail counters, exclusive showrooms, institutes and so on. The rent which the tenants have to pay doesn’t come below forty thousands per month. This shows that investment in real estates in Kathmandu is doing well.
Some years back there used to be only one big business oriented building called the Bishal Bazaar (Huge Market), but now there are so many uncountable business houses like the Kathmandu Mall, Pashupati Plaza, United World Trade Center, R.B. Complex, Suraj Arcade, Kathmandu Plaza to name some of them. None of the spaces in those buildings are vacant. All of the available spaces are under operation. Apart from these big buildings, the previous palaces belonging to the former rulers have also been used. Those old palaces which include residents of the Rana Regimes have also been used. So investing upon real estates in Kathmandu yields good fortune.
