RSSLabors are the strength of an organization. Big or small organizations, there is a very key role of labor in the firm. Lately the conflict among the labors and the management in some of the biggest organizations in the nation has negatively affected the whole economy. This issue should also be taken into concern by both the parties.
Everyday in the newspaper, I find news about a factory being shut down due to this conflict. Here what one has to see is, the factory as the employer and the labors as the employees should come into compromise and the production should remain consistent. Regarding a micro sized problem, the conflict incurs which is a bad omen in financial as well as in a social perspective.
The latest news which I happened to read is the news regarding the shut down of Himalayan Snacks and Noodles Pvt. Ltd. I personally feel bad reading such news.
