The first half of the current fiscal year has already shown records of over one hundred thousand people leaving for abroad. The lack of proper human resource management and the political scenario is all responsible for this huge migration. Though people who are leaving for abroad would not go for a permanent settlement but ninety of hundred would settle outside while remaining ten would come back to their homeland still with no assurance. Therefore in this case this movement can not be solely termed as migration only.

The places and countries where Nepalese are going include gulf countries and the European countries as well. Everyone seems to choose America for their career but the development in the gulf countries have equally attracted a number of Nepalese both men and women.

But there are so many expatriates residing in Nepal who see a lot of potential and future. They have been doing well with their business and are enjoying their days. The number of tourists is increasing day by day which is the main source of income in the Nepalese majority. The economy is booming but the youth is too much attracted by foreign countries. Hard work pays off good in the foreign countries as every one states, but people don’t work hard here resulting in a low pay off. The trend of leaving home in pursuit of better career in foreign lands has become everyone’s choice as for now.
