The Sun City

The real estates have been flourishing very well in and around the valley. A few housing and apartments are being built in the last decade and the number of such housing is sprouting like mushroom. The Shangrila Housing Company will be launching its Sun City in the near future which would be located at Gothatar, just a few kilometers away from the city. The city will have a shopping mall, academic and health care facilities at the nearest, round the clock security with CCTV, regular water supply through deep boring which is the main concern of Kathmanudities, ATM within the township and a lot of other facilities including, gymnasium, club and coffee shops, play zones for children to name a few.

Cityscape Apartment Homes

Another housing in the valley, “Cityscape Apartment Homes” situated at Hattiban in Lalitpur district, not more than four of five kilometers from the city. Another apartment launching soon is Vegas city developed by Kohinoor Hill Housing P. Ltd. which is also a sister concern of Oriental Builders & Development P. Ltd. This housing development has been financially partnered by Rastriya Banijya Bank and Development Credit Bank Lmiited.

This housing and apartments is located at Imadol, Balkumari, Lalitpur just a few yards away from the ringroad which belts the main city of Kathmandu. They state that, the booking has already begun and the feedback has been good. Vegas City too don’t have any extra ordinary facilities other than those facilities offered by such housing companies.
