The Chaudhary Group in Nepal is the biggest group in Nepal. It has involved itself possibly in all the sectors and has been the pioneer in the business and economy sector of Nepal. Nepal, itself being an agricultural country has a lot of potential in producing and cultivating crops. Some years back, when farmers had a certain choice of cash crops, the income through agriculture did not seem to be very good and luring. But at present each and every kinds of crops can be referred to as cash crops when the world just witnessed food shortage. This way, agriculture has a lot of potential in the days to come and thanks to the favorable climate of Nepal when it comes to agriculture.

The Group has already begun trial at various parts of the country cultivating, cauliflower, wheat, barley and etc. They also have bought lands for cultivation and at places they have rented land on lease. The Group also states to buy seeds from local farmers at a very good price, in this way, the farmers too would be motivated towards agriculture. The Bangladeshi company has agreed to buy seeds from Nepal and the demand highly exceeds the production at present. A lot of work is still to be done to fulfill the demand. This project is a welcome one and it’s even worthier in regards of Nepalese as Nepal used to be an agricultural country and the climate is the best suit for farming. There are very few companies in Nepal which focuses on export and Chaudhary Group is the pioneer among them. Just importing goods from foreign countries and distributing all over Nepal does no good to the economy, but Chaudhary Group which is the number one Group in Nepal at the moment proves it all as why it is the number one is always on the verge of breaking previous trends and innovating new way of investments.
