I had a cousin who went to the United States to pursue further education and he used to share his experiences with me. He used to tell me that when he first landed in America, everything was new and he felt like a little child there. He was received by his sponsor at the airport and was taken to his place on a bus. Back then, he was totally naïve about American culture but slowly started adjusting to his new surroundings. And then he suggested that I come over and join him, which sadly did not happen. They could learn a lot by following in their footsteps which would be very handy in winning people’s heart. It is always good to follow and learn from the pioneers of the industry, and I wish that the shuttle service in my city would browse some of the best shuttle service systems from around the world and incorporate those practices here.
