There are a few language options in the wikepedia. You feed a word or information on the search tool in the wikipedia, it displays the information about what you are looking for. The information includes the literal meaning of the word you fed and contains hyperlinks so as to make the browser understand more clearly by guiding them to the page where more related information can be found. It is somewhat like a dictionary. A dictionary only provides you with the meaning of a word but the encyclopedia has a wider horizon. Similarly the wikepedia also provides you with more information rather than the meaning of the data you feed. Wikipedia is the only reliable source where you can get all the relevant information on the subject matter you are looking for. Fancy and heavily colored pages confuse the browsers at times. On contrary to this the wikipedia has a simple page which is easy to browse and understand.
