Everyday we hear some of the biggest companies in the world cutting off jobs because of the de growth in the turnover they were creating. There are two classes in the world of business. The first one is the employer and the second one is the employees. Here the other important class is neglected because it doesn’t effect what is going to be explained here. The class is consumers.

All the employees enjoy all the privileges when the company they are working for is doing well in the market. But in the downfall in the trend, a lot of jobs have to be cut off. So in this case what every employee should think of is a retirement solution. It has been a necessity of finding a suitable retirement solution and invest on it before it gets too late. But the problem here is that there aren’t enough sectors to invest upon for a retirement life. What employees here has been doing is work in their retirement days as well.

There are some places to invest in the form of retirement solution but the number is two low. If only big companies bring out such programs, both the business firms as well as the employees including the whole economy would be the beneficiaries of such programs.
