Rap and Hip hop music rules the music industry right now. It has become more than just music as it is more about attitude, love, respect and possibly everything. There are a number of new rap artists coming into the scene everyday. The domination of hip hop music can be felt by looking at the billboard top 100 charts as well. Most of the rock songs can be seen below fifty and most of the hip hop songs occupy the top 50.

Watching hip hop videos is really fun. One of my personal best hip hop video is the one called "I'll be missing you" by Puff Daddy and the video is simply great. And when it comes to rap lyrics the best so far in my view is the one called "I see you when you get there" by Coolio. This is a great piece of lyric and is beautifully sung as well.

So all in all hip hop music has all the essence that other genres have. It is pleasant and at times hip hop songs are very inspiring. Next time when you enter a music store, do not forget to pick up a hip hop album. You'll enjoy it more than anything.
