There’s a carnival going on in the city in the next couple of days. Our firm is also stalling a small counter to promote our products. The products we sell are herbal products which range from lotion to shampoos and skin cares. The level of general awareness in public has drastically raised and they are more convinced with herbal care than chemicals. The carnival is a big challenge to us as our competitors include well known national and international brands. Therefore I personally have decided to focus more towards the trade show booths rather than raising awareness of hazards of using chemicals.
My motive is to attract commuters to our stall and after interacting for a minute or so, I am pretty confident of my sales team as they can really sell our herbal products. So, I’m consulting with an interior designer and she insists me on using some simple yet catchy colored table skirts which should also have prints of our products. However she suggests me not to display the whole range of our products in that single table skirt but an eye catching package of a single item will do better.
We’ll set up two tables at the left and to the right as well leaving enough space in between so that the customers can freely browse through our products taking their own time. In the entry we are going to have banner stands at both sides, one will carry the message of advantages of using herbs over chemicals and the other would hold our corporate addresses with the names of marketing personals. The centre of attraction of our stall will be the pipe and drape where we have designed a scroll displaying our range of products.
This is our plan on how to genuinely attract costumers to our stall. In today’s world where competition is at its heights, providing facilities to our potential consumers is not enough. We should be able to make an impression on them visually. If my stall can attract some consumers anywhere from forty to fifty to our stall, I think we’d hit the jackpot. Selling them our products would be easy because we have a number of talented and smart salesmen to convince the new consumers to use herbs instead of other hazardous chemicals
